Cancellations, returns and exchanges, delivery and shipping
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for store credit or exchange it for something else. Refunds will only be issued in the event of damaged or defective products and if no alternatives are available. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days after receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item is not currently available if may take up to 30 days for inventory items to be updated and we will notify you of earliest possible delivery date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Customer can cancel their order within 1 hour of purchase; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted unless they fall under any of the conditions listed below:
Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted with prior notification. Please contact us on email@example.com before returning your products
The shipping cost for the returned item will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs for exchange items will be the responsibility of the customer
The returned items have to be unworn and have the original packaging (tag and bag). Used items will not be considered for refund or exchange

Shipping terms and conditions
Shipping takes 1-3 days within the UAE depending on your location and availability. Shipping outside of the UAE may take 3-5 days depending on location, customs and availability. If items are not in-stock, or if any delays occur, we will notify you of delivery dates. Please allow for 1 day for your order to be packed and prepared.

United Arab Emirates (UAE):
Standard DHL domestic express rates will apply.
Weight based shipping.
SBD UAE only ships within UAE and to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
Weight based shipping. DHL Standard International Express Rates Apply.
Prices and shipping do not include customs and duties charges.
Regional shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on the value of your order. These are country specific. Please contact support@sbd-uae..com if you want to get an estimate for duties and taxes on your order.
Customs and duties are for the consideration of the customer.
We may require a copy of the customer’s ID for orders above AED977 going to selected GCC countries. You will be contacted by DHL for this, so please look out for a notification from DHL to avoid delays in your shipment.
In the event an item(s) is/are defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of item(s).
Received a Wrong Item
In the event that you received a wrong item(s), we will send you a replacement. Once we have received the item(s), or proof of the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item(s) within 3-5 business days; dependent on current stock.
In the event that you are missing items in your order, once we are notified we will ship out the missing items within 3-5 business days; dependent on current stock.
